Opened in 2024/25, Le OFF PISTE is a stellar lunch and dinner spot at the Pontillas gondola base. Its menu shines with straters like thick-cut gravlax and Caesar salad oeuf parfait and charred bacon. The burger, topped with melted cheese like a Chelsea bun, is a juicy triumph, as is the thinlt sliced bavette steak. Themed music nights - Latino, jazz, or DJ sets - enliven evenings. The sunny terrace also draws après crowds at lift closing.
